Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Happy Magic Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happymagicstore.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item(s). We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@happymagicstore.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to exchange the item. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Digital Downloads
Please note that digital downloads, such as video tutorials, are nonrefundable. Once the purchase is made and the download link is provided, the transaction is considered final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
